1.2 oyfora is a networking platform for artists and creatives to present themselves, discover others, organize contacts and build meaningful connections.
1.3 Users can create profiles, search for users, organize contacts, connect with others and participate in community features available within the app.
1.4 oyfora does not facilitate contracts, employment agreements, payments or business relationships between users.
1.5 By using oyfora, you agree to these Terms of Use and the oyfora Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 16 years old to use oyfora.
2.2 Users may register using:

• Email and password

• Apple Sign-In

• Google Sign-In

2.3 You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and activities associated with your account.
2.5 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risks for the platform or community.
2.6 Users may delete their account at any time through the app settings.

 

3. Memberships & Payments

3.1 oyfora offers a free Basic membership and a paid Pro membership.
3.2 Current pricing is displayed in the app and before purchase. Pricing may vary depending on region, taxes, currency and platform.
3.3 Pro memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the active billing period.
3.4 Payments and subscription processing may be handled through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat or Stripe depending on platform and purchase method.
3.5 oyfora does not directly store complete payment card information.
3.6 Subscription management, cancellation and refunds are handled by the applicable payment provider and subject to their terms and policies.
3.7 oyfora may change pricing, membership structure or included features at any time.

4. Profiles & User Content

4.1 Users may create profiles and upload or link content such as:

• text

• images

• profile information

• external links

4.2 Users may publish text-based posts within the oyfeed feature. These text posts are referred to as oyfees.
4.3 oyfees support text content only. Images, videos and file uploads are not supported within oyfeed posts.
4.4 Users may edit or delete their oyfees.
4.5 Users retain ownership of the content they create.
4.6 By posting or uploading content, users grant oyfora a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute such content within the platform.
4.7 Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
4.8 oyfora may remove content that violates these Terms, platform rules or applicable law.

5. Connections, Sharing & Organizer Tools

5.1 Users may connect with other users on the platform.
5.2 Users may organize contacts, create lists and share profiles or lists with selected users.
5.3 Permission roles may include:

• Viewer

• Editor

• Owner

5.4 Users are responsible for granting access permissions and managing shared data.
5.5 oyfora is not responsible for actions taken by third parties once access has been granted by a user.

6. NearbyChat

6.1 oyfora includes a Bluetooth-based nearby communication feature called NearbyChat.
6.2 NearbyChat is optional and requires device permissions such as Bluetooth access.
6.3 NearbyChat communication is device-based and intended for nearby interactions between users.
6.4 oyfora does not guarantee message delivery, availability or uninterrupted functionality of NearbyChat.

7. Community Rules & Moderation

7.1 Users may not use oyfora to:

• harass or threaten others

• spread hateful, abusive or discriminatory content

• impersonate individuals or organizations

• spam users or manipulate engagement

• publish illegal, harmful or objectionable content

• violate intellectual property rights

• interfere with or abuse the platform

7.2 Users can report profiles, oyfees or other content through in-app reporting tools.
7.3 Users can block other users within the platform.
7.4 Reported content and accounts may be reviewed by moderators within 24 hours.
7.5 Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions or permanent bans.

8. Platform Availability

8.1 oyfora is provided on an “as is” basis.
8.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, bug-free operation or permanent access to specific features.
8.3 oyfora may modify, remove or update features at any time.

9. Child Safety and Prohibited Content

​

9.1 Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, distribute, or facilitate content involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking of minors, or any other form of child exploitation.

9.2 Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

10. Liability

10.1 oyfora is not responsible for:

• user-generated content

• user interactions or agreements

• collaborations or business outcomes

• third-party links or services

• temporary outages or interruptions

• payment processing issues caused by third-party payment providers

• indirect damages where legally permitted

10.2 Users are solely responsible for their use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
11.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
11.3 oyfora may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
